Cider is a popular drink in Spain and I was fortunate to be taken to a restaurant wohere it is poured in the traditional fashion: - from a bottle high above the head to a glass low down - and hardly a drop is spilled! The waiter keeps returning and placing three to four centimetres in your glass. Needless to say he visited our table quite a few times.
