Everywhere I've been I have immersed myself in the local cuisine - including beers and wines! Hence the reducing waistline goal has become a joke.
So in Valencia one just had to try Valencia's classical traditional meal - Paella.
I found the best restaurant, La Pepica, and did just that! What a feast and one that I'll try to replicate once back in Cairns knowing of course it will never be the same.
