This evening, 14th May, I was treated to a "fair dinkum" scottish haggis! Neeps, (turnip), tatties, (mashed potato), black pudding and the haggis.
The haggis is part of a sheep's stomach packed with seasoned minced offal, chopped suet, onions, barley and oatmeal. You can see the freshly boiled haggis in the photo above and then the other ingredients of this little feast. The very thin person eating the lot is yours truly! Good cycling tucker - guaranteed to keep you thin!
