The first is an apology for the many outstanding photographs that could be taken by a professional photographer of the carpets of bluebells that simply cover the forest floor. The others are of two mighty physical specimens showing the clarity of route markers that cover this Lochs and Glens route and the town of my forbears, Kirkcudbright.

Brian and I have been overwhelmed by the natural beauty of Scotland and the great weather....Sunny and hot!!
