This is Friday morning of the 18th July and my last day with luggage,(30kg), of a six month bike-tour. What better way to celebrate than to stop en-route at Breezy Hills Winery with part-owner, Roberta and tasting expert, Karen. Ray and I thoroughly enjoyed consuming the high quality Iowa wine. I just loved the roller coaster hills of the next 40Kms!!!!!!!

Looks like you've got a long sleeve on there, Dad, with that tan line around your wrist! Must be fair to say you've spent some time in the sun! Enjoy the Ragbrai - only a few more weeks to go, right?
